How do I request all invoices for a specific supported employee?
Please submit a ticket using the Help widget at the bottom of the page to request all invoices for a specific supported employee. You can access all invoice packages in our cloud-based web application, but they are not currently organized by supported employee.
Do you have a monthly invoice report?
Yes, when you receive the invoice package, you will also receive a file that provides the invoices and cost breakdown for the previous three months.
Can the supported employee’s name be added to the invoice we receive?
Due to privacy regulations, the supported employee’s name cannot be added to invoices. If you have a corresponding Purchase Order number that you’d like us to add to the invoice, please submit a ticket with the Purchase Order number using the Help widget at the bottom of the page.
