What should I do if I have questions about invoice charges and line items? 

Please please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process, and we will help youwith any questions relating to invoice charges.

 

What are the taxes listed on the invoice, and why might they be different on each invoice?

Please see the Line-Item Descriptions in India article for more information on individual taxes.

Taxes may fluctuate depending on the invoice and/or time of year, but they should remain relatively consistent in India. Any kind of compensation outside of a supported employee’s regular salary is also subject to taxes, so if a supported employee receives a one-off bonus, or other kind of payment, the amount of tax due will also increase.

 

How can I receive a deposit refund?

You can expect to receive your deposit refund 45 days after the termination date of your supported employee.

 

Can I view invoices in your technology platform?

Yes, you can view our invoice packages using Velocity Global’s cloud-based web application.
