When do you issue invoices?

Mexico has two payroll cycles each month. We invoice once in the middle of each month and once at the end of the month.

Why am I not receiving invoices in a timely manner?

There are a number of factors that influence when your invoice arrives. Pleaseplease reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process, and we will help you if you have any questions or concerns about timeliness of invoices.

When will we receive our first invoice?

You will receive a deposit invoice during the onboarding process.

The next invoice will depend on whether the agreement has been signed and all necessary data to run payroll has been provided to Velocity Global on or before a specific date each month. These dates are typically around the 3rd and the 17th, but they can vary based on the time of year. Assuming the agreement has been signed and all the data has been received on or before those dates, you should expect to receive an invoice in the middle of the month or the end of the month.

Since Mexico has two payroll cycles each month, we have two cutoffs as per the payroll calendar established for semimonthly payrolls.
