What should I do if I have questions about invoice charges and line items?

What are the taxes listed on the invoice, and why might they be different on each invoice?

Please see the Line-Item Descriptions article for more information on the individual taxes.

Taxes in Mexico must always consider the total earnings produced by the supported employee in each payroll cycle. For the legal calculation in taxes of the authority (i.e., Servicio de Administración Tributaria [SAT]), the total earnings are calculated in tax ranges. Please see the below image for an example. 

How can I receive a deposit refund?

You can expect to receive your deposit refund 45 days after the termination date of your supported employee.

Can I view invoices in your technology platform?

Yes, you can view our invoice packages using Velocity Global’s cloud-based web application.
