Below you will find the different line items you will see on an invoice, with a corresponding description. If you have further questions, please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process, and we will help you.
Allowances. Payment of an allowance. Examples of this are car, cell phone, or fitness allowances.
Aof Premium. Employer contribution paid to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Bonus. Additional remuneration added to the supported employee's payment.
Commissions. Additional remuneration added to the supported employee’s payment due to sales generation.
Compensation. The amount of money the supported employee receives in exchange for their services.
Employee Expense. Payment of an expense.
Employer Pension Contribution (Aegon Pension Plan). Employer contribution
paid to your supported employee’s pension plan.
Employer Social Contributions (Disability Insurance). Employer contribution paid to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Employer Social Contributions (Disability Insurance Fund). Employer contribution paid to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Employer Social Contributions (Healthcare Contributions). Employer contribution paid to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Employer Social Contributions (Sickness Insurance). Employer contribution paid to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Employer Social Contributions (Unemployment Insurance). Employer contribution paid to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Insurance Premium. Premium for a private insurance plan through Velocity Global.
Reservation Holiday Allowance Accrual. Reservation of the mandatory 8% holiday allowance.
Reservation Holiday Allowance Payout. Payout of the 8% holiday allowance. Payable once a year in May or after a resignation/termination.
Velocity Global EoR Fee. Velocity Global’s fee.
Work-From-Home Allowance Tax-Free. Employers have the opportunity to grant employees a tax-free work-from-home allowance of €35,66 net per month. Any higher amount is taxed. This allowance is not mandatory.
Wire Transfer Fee. Payment for the cost of a wire transfer.
