How do I request all invoices for a specific supported employee?
Please reach out to Velocity Global to request all invoices for a specific supported employee through your normal process, and we will help you. You can access all invoice packages in our cloud-based web application, but they are not currently organized by supported employees.
Do you provide a monthly invoice report?
Yes. When you receive the invoice package, you will also receive a file that provides the invoices and cost breakdown for the previous three months.
Can the supported employee’s name be added to the invoice we receive?
Due to privacy regulations, the supported employee’s name cannot be added to invoices. If you have a corresponding Purchase Order number that you’d like us to add to the invoice, we’d be happy to do so. Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process with the Purchase Order number, and we will help you.
