Medical allowance. Velocity Global recommends providing supplemental medical benefits via an allowance rather than through MSH International. It is common to typically only offer employee coverage; however, some employee-contribution plans can also cover dependents. Generally, employees prefer to receive an allowance so they can enroll themselves directly in individual policies. A minimum of €100 (gross) per month per person (if the family is included) is recommended.
Phone allowance. Employers in Spain commonly provide this allowance as a gross amount of €100 per month.
