Standard Semi-Monthly Pay Cycle Calendar - 2023 Internal

Below are the deadlines for payroll transactions for each period in the 2023 standard semi-monthly pay cycle calendar (salaried employees). These dates apply to the following markets: Canada (salaried employees only), Mexico, Cambodia, Panama, Philippines, and Puerto Rico.

Salary adjustments and other contractual payment changes require an addendum to be signed by the employee before the cut-off date. Please inform us at least 5 business days before the cut-off date if you intend to change your employee’s salary or allowances so that we can create and share the addendum with you for approval, and then with the employee for signature.

If you submit an addition after these dates, they will be included in the following pay cycle. If you have any questions about these deadlines, please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process, and we will help you.

Please note that due to market, employee classification, or when certain public holidays fall, these dates could vary slightly. We typically send out the precise calendar dates in the first week of the month.
