I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forgot your password, enter in your email on the initial login screen and hit ‘Next’. On the next screen, you’ll see a ‘Forgot password?’ link, which you can use to reset your password.
My account appears to be locked, or I’m getting an ‘error’ message. What do I do?
If you’re running into one of these issues, click on the ‘Unlock account?’ link. From there you’ll have the ability to authenticate via one of your chosen authentication methods. The ‘Help’ link just below will provide you easy access back to this page.
Verification
When logging in, you have the option to verify you are the account owner either with a password or via your email. If you choose email, a unique link will be sent to your email to verify that it's your account.
If you verify with a password, you may also be required to verify through a second factor depending on what your choices were during account creation.
Helpful Tips
- If you don’t want to be challenged as frequently, check the ‘Keep me signed in’ checkbox. This will ensure a smoother login process.
- When creating your account initially, you should add a minimum of two Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) methods. This is important in situations where one of the options might not be available, such as text messages when in a foreign country.
