Supported employees in the U.S. have a weekly payroll period. Velocity Global generates invoices weekly and bills our clients a week in arrears.
Why am I not receiving invoices in a timely manner?
There are a number of factors that influence when your invoice arrives. Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process, and we will help you if you have any questions or concerns around the timeliness of invoices.
When will we receive our first invoice?
You should receive your first invoice in the month the supported employee starts in the payroll. Starting in the payroll is dependent on documents and social security numbers being available, so it is possible for it to be backdated.
