How do I request all invoices for a specific supported employee?
Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process to request all invoices for a specific supported employee, and we will help you. You can access all invoice packages in our cloud-based web application, but they are not currently organized by supported employee.
Do you have a monthly invoice report?
We can provide invoice reporting for any date range preferred. If you’d like a report sent over please reach out to our invoicing@velocityglobal.com email address.
Can the supported employee’s name be added to the invoice we receive?
Due to privacy regulations, the supported employee’s name cannot be added to invoices. If you have a corresponding Purchase Order number that you’d like us to add to the invoice, we’d be happy to do so. Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process with the Purchase Order number, and we will help you.
