When do you issue invoices?
As Canada has two payroll cycles each month, we invoice once in the middle of each month and once at the end of the month.
Why am I not receiving invoices in a timely manner?
There are a number of factors that influence when your invoice arrives. Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process, and we will help you if you have any questions or concerns about timeliness of invoices.
When will we receive our first invoice?
You will receive a deposit invoice during the onboarding process.
The next invoice will depend on your supported employee’s start date. Typically, if your supported employee starts on or after the 19th and on or before the 4th of the month, you will receive the first invoice in the middle of the month. If an employee starts on or after the 5th and on or before the 18th of the month, you will receive the first invoice at the end of the month.
