How do I request a statement of outstanding invoices? 

Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process for a statement of all outstanding invoices, and we will help you.

 

How do I request all invoices for a specific supported employee?

Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process to request all invoices for a specific supported employee, and we will help you. You can access all invoice packages in our cloud-based web application, but they are not currently organized by supported employee.

 

Do you provide a monthly invoice report?

Yes. When you receive the invoice package, you will also receive a file that provides the invoices and cost breakdown for the previous three months.

 

Can the supported employee's name be added to the invoice we receive?

Due to privacy regulations, the supported employee's name cannot be added to invoices. If you have a corresponding Purchase Order number that you’d like us to add to the invoice, we’d be happy to do so. Please reach out to Velocity Global through your normal process with the Purchase Order number, and we will help you.
