Please reach out to us via our service request form with the bonus amount, name of the supported employee(s) and the desired updated payroll month.
What is the process for requesting a raise/salary increase?
We're excited to announce that we’ve recently created an easier and faster way to submit salary increases for your employees within the Global Work Platform. The process is simple and can be requested directly in the global payroll functionality. Check out this video to learn more about how to submit new payroll items.
Can you be flexible with off-cycle payments?
We cannot be flexible with off-cycle payments. Facilitating global payroll is extremely complex, meaning our payroll team has tight deadlines will little to no flexibility to ensure timely payment to employees.
How can I add commissions/bonuses/ad hoc payroll items?
You can submit payroll requests directly through the Global Work Platform. Here are simple steps on how to submit new payroll items:
- Open the Global Work Platform™
- Click on the Pay tab at the top navigation
- Go to Payroll Items
- Click 'New Payroll Item' at the top right of the screen
- Search for the name of the employee who is receiving the payment
- Select 'One Time Payment' under 'What Kind of Payroll Item is This?'
- Follow the instructions on the screen and remember to enter the gross payment amount in local currency.
